Bro Month 27 - X

Zero used to be my favorite Megaman character growing up, he was red, had a cool sword (two if you read Novas Aventuras de Megaman lol) and long hair - so cool! As time went along though, I feel like it's almost like he became self aware - he started acting ''too cool''. I feel like I might not be expressing myself right with this, but just compare the cutscene after the first stage in X1 to the one in Maverick Hunter X and you might see what I mean.

After that I started to appreciate X a lot more, his personality has mostly stayed more consistant through the games. A warrior who doesn't like or want to fight, but is constantly involved in a war that wouldn't be happening if it weren't for him. X7 is a poopie game, but from a story and character perspetive, I think it was nice that he tried something different in an effort to stop the madness. Granted it was all pointless and he went and joined the fight anyway later on, but you know, living and learning

Random trivia: X had a few different voice actors in japanese, and two of them went on to voice Cloud and Kadaj in Advent Children - It's literally X VS X
